METIC 3D is a technology-driven company established with the goal of manufacturing high-precision medical devices for surgical applications, based on advanced metal 3D printing technology. Since its founding, the company has built world-class capabilities in metal additive manufacturing through industry-academia collaboration with POSTECH (Pohang University of Science and Technology). We develop all core components in-house—including printers, materials, and process software—to deliver clinically reliable and precise products. Our focus is on advancing standardized medical devices that can be manufactured with repeatable quality. Corporate Identity (CI)
The Metic 3D symbol is inspired by the layer-by-layer principle of metal 3D printing using the PBF (Powder Bed Fusion) method. Its finely stacked structure represents the accumulation and evolution of precision technology, while its organic flow evokes biological forms—symbolizing the company’s identity and consistency as a medical device manufacturer. The blue-toned color palette conveys trust, life, and technological energy, reflecting the company's calm confidence and potential for growth as a technology-driven enterprise.
